Owned a handful of months and it's constantly out of balance no matter the size of the load. It is not properly draining leaving me no choice but to use the spin and drain cycle at least once per load (if it will stay balanced). Now I've noticed soapy water coming from underneath the washer.

Washer works great. Big drum. Recommend this to anyone
While I haven't learned how to use all the functions, I love it. It washes so much faster than my previous HE washers and the pretreat station is so useful. My favorite part is the slow-close lid that will stay open at different levels unlike the prior washer that often hit me in the head.
not sure I like all of the digital controls… I like the old fashioned knobs.. otherwise it seems to work well.
We've been using this washer and dryer pair for 9 months now and we haven't been impressed. The washer gets things like zippers stuck in it all the time. And there's always soap residue left behind almost every other load. I've tried different detergents like liquid or powder and changing brands.
