What is Discount Bandit?

Does your grandma cut out every coupon before she goes shopping? We're pretty much the online version of her -- we save you money by finding the product you want at a great price. We are an online marketplace and we work with a variety of dealers who sell your product.

Are you a retailer that would like to work with us? Become a seller.

How does it work?

When we receive your order, we connect you with a dealer. The dealer will process your order and ship you the product. You'll receive an email from us confirming your order and then another one once you've been matched with one of our dealers (typically takes a few days). Soon enough, you'll have a brand new product at a much lower price!

Do you offer fast shipping?

Nope. We reach out to our dealer network to pair you with a retailer - sometimes this takes time.

So how long does shipping take?

Typically, it will take 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for us to finalize which of our dealers will be processing your order. Depending on the dealer, shipping and delivery times may vary. Most people receive their item 7 to 10 days after purchase but some products may take as long as 2 weeks to be delivered. Large appliance, lighting and furniture products have longer lead times than normal and can take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks for delivery.

Can I get my item faster?

If you're in a time crunch for getting your item we might not be right for you. We don't want you to be disappointed and we cannot promise faster delivery than stated above. However we will miss you! Please come back when you want a great deal on a purchase and have the time to wait.

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping when shipping to the lower 48 states.

Do you offer expert product advice?

Not really. We don't put resources into product experts. We are here if you have questions about your order but we don't have a great deal of knowledge about the products themselves.

Are your products new or used? Do they come with a warranty?

All products that we sell are brand new. They come with their standard manufacturer warranty.

How long do I have to return a purchase and is there a restocking fee?

Check out each product's details page for its return policy. Just like every deal is unique, every return policy is too. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back at their expense and in "like new" condition.

What if an item arrives damaged?

If an item is delivered as a small package (UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, US Mail) - please refuse delivery if visibly damaged. If there is concealed damage that is revealed upon opening your item, please contact your dealer to arrange for replacement / return.

If an item is delivered as a freight delivery (truck delivery typical of furniture and large appliance deliveries) - open and inspect your item before signing for it and either refuse delivery or write "Damaged" on the bill of lading before signing for receipt of the goods. Please contact your dealer to arrange for replacement / return.

What is Curbside Delivery?

If your item is listed as "Curbside Delivery", then this product is delivered by a nationwide freight carrier. Delivery is to the exterior of your location. Drivers are not contracted to bring the item into your home or business. Hence the term, "curbside".

Do you charge sales tax?

We work with retailers all around the country. In the vast majority of cases, you will not be charged sales tax. In the unlikely event you will be charged sales tax - we will notify you and get your approval before proceeding with your order.

Who do I contact if there is a problem with my purchase?

Once your order has been processed at one of our participating dealers, you'll need to contact the dealer to handle any issues with the item you received or to arrange a return. But don't worry, you'll get tracking information and a receipt from the dealer. You'll be in good hands.

Will I receive tracking information and a receipt?

Yes. You'll receive both tracking information and a sales receipt from the dealer who processes your order.

Can I order now and have you hold the shipment until later?

This varies by the type of product ordered. For example, furniture and appliances can typically be held for up to a month. Once you are paired with a retailer, please contact them directly to arrange any special delivery requirements.

Do you price match, offer bulk discounts or offer senior / military / student discounts?

No. Our prices are as low as we can go.

Can I cancel my order before it is received?

If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact the dealer who has sold you the item to see if it's possible. Your item may have already shipped, and you'll handle that with the dealer.

My order was canceled, why?

Occasionally we need to cancel customer orders. Our apologies if this happens to you! Sometimes dealers are out-of-stock on items, prices have changed, items have been discontinued, or there is some other snafu. Because we act as a broker, matching up buyers and sellers, sometimes this match-up does not go well. We take every cancellation seriously and investigate each one to figure out how to stop them from happening in the future!

Standard shipping is free to the lower 48 states. We also offer 3-Day, 2-Day or Next-Day shipping for a variety of products.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada may incur additional shipping charges.

Canadian shipments may incur duties, taxes and brokerage fees after your order is confirmed. These fees are non-refundable and will not be reflected in your order total.
