    When will I get my product or where is my tracking information?

    Typically, it will take 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for us to finalize which of our dealers will be processing your order. Depending on the dealer, shipping and delivery times may vary. Most people receive their item 7 to 10 days after purchase but some products may take as long as 2 weeks to be delivered. Large appliance and furniture products have longer lead times than normal and can take anywhere from 2 - 5 weeks for delivery.

    Can you answer my question about a product?

    Sorry, we have no knowledge about the products that we carry. If you see anything confusing, missing or incorrect, please notify us so we can correct it on our website. However, if you have a question about a product's features or functionality, we won't be able to assist you.

    I have a problem with my order or I would like to change something on my order?

    If you would like to change an order that has not yet been processed by one of our dealers, please notify us and we can cancel your order so that you can re-order with the correct information. If you have a problem with an item that you have received or with an order that has already been processed by one of our dealers, please contact that dealer directly for the fastest and most accurate service.
